Ideal for clients seeking comprehensive regional analysis and customized urban design, with expert guidance on large-scale ecological restoration. We begin with a startup meeting to establish project goals and coordinate with the consultant team. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send an invoice for the initial consultation to get started. After the Start-Up Meeting: For institutional or large-scale urban design projects, once the goals are defined, we'll follow up with a custom proposal to outline the scope of work. Complex project proposals typically include a full scope of work: project management, coordination, concept development, design development, permitting, tender, and construction review.
