We are an award-winning studio with in-depth experience in design process, articulation, and resolution. We work closely with our clients to understand their needs and create the best possible outcomes for each project. Our studio culture embraces the idea that no concept is too bold, and that collaboration throughout the design process often leads to new and unexpected results. We are dedicated to working with the environment as a living system, approaching our practice and each project as a living body of work that actively shapes the world around us.

Landscape Architecture, Art and Ecological Design
Tropos is based in the historic Cotton Factory in Hamilton, a hub for creative thinkers, doers, and tinkerers. Our studios, located on the third floor of the MILL Building in Suite 315 and Studio 2.0, support our collaborative practice across the arts, design, and landscape architecture.
We regularly work with community members, municipalities, schools, environmental groups and arts organizations, and are active participants in Cotton Factory events. Drop us a line if you'd like to visit the studio!

Lesia Mokrycke is an artist and landscape designer. Her current work, Monument Trees, uses art to raise awareness about the urban forest while fostering new and innovative approaches to conservation.
