FAQ

  • A: Our role is to help you make informed, cost-effective decisions that avoid unneccessary setbacks.

Many clients find that professional guidance early on saves money over time, especially when coordinating grants, approvals, and working with contractors.

  • B: The Start-Up consultation includes a site visit, and an in-depth discussion of your vision and goals. During this initial consultation, we'll meet to establish your needs and discuss your ideas for your space.

  • C: After the consultation, we'll follow up with a detailed scope of work tailored to your property. You will receive a summary of key recommendations and next steps. Depending on your project goals, this typically includes site analysis, conceptual design, and next steps for detailed design, and implementation. For a full design, we will also outline the timeline, and investment required for the next phase of the project.

  • D: Yes. We provide full design services, including SPA and permitting, and work in long-standing partnership with contractors we’ve collaborated with for three decades. These teams understand our specifications for stormwater management, complex urban installations, and ecological restoration. Our role is to carry the design through construction—providing guidance, coordination, and direct oversight to ensure the work is executed as intended.

  • E: Consultations typically book out several weeks in advance. We recommend reaching out as early as possible, especially for large-scale or seasonal projects.

Warren H.

Lesia made us feel part of the process from the very beginning. She listened carefully to our ideas, shared clear drawings, and helped us visualize what our landscape could become. Her creativity, paired with her attention to detail, gave us confidence every step of the way. We’re so grateful for her guidance and love how the final design reflects our vision.

Sarah G.

Working with Lesia was such a positive experience. From our first consultation, she helped us imagine the possibilities while also guiding us through technical details like zoning and permitting. We always felt included in the design process, and her thoughtful approach brought our ideas to life in a way that felt exciting and achievable. The final plan feels like “us.”

The Huttons

Lesia’s approach is both professional and deeply personal. She took the time to understand our goals, worked through design challenges with patience, and always made sure we felt heard. Seeing our initial conversations come to life in the final design was inspiring, and her expertise and support with the city’s permitting process gave us peace of mind. We couldn’t be happier with the results.
